The same method, at the scale of one person
165,861 lines across 14 systems — including the instrumentation of the method itself.
Context
The claim that a method works is stronger when it survives being applied without an institution behind it.
Intervention
Built and ran a private estate: a capacity-planning system, a research capture system, a knowledge library, an extraction pipeline and the hardware underneath.
How it was proven
The planning system runs the same four-week cycle, the same approval gate and the same plan-versus-actual measurement described on the method page — recording 618 tracked items across 63 epics, with delivery measured against plan per cycle.
Outcome
- Process maps: 85 flows and 1,251 steps traced from source, each with a citation and an evidence class.
- A register of 46 findings — four of which correct the author's own earlier output.
- 165,861 lines across 615 files in 14 repositories.
Why it matters
The method is not a slide. It is running in software, on its author, and it reports when he is wrong.
Independent work, not paid engagements.
The trading system is internal and is not described here.
