Offer

Three ways in. Each bounded, each priced as a deliverable.

If you want to know whether I am useful before committing to anything, take the diagnostic. It is five days.

What you get

Every engagement is measured by what changes, on a schedule you can plan around.

01First two weeks

  • A costed current state and one committed pathway inside five working days — there is no discovery phase to fund first.
  • Stakeholder validation in week two, so the decision is agreed before anything is built.
  • A first read on where the constraint actually sits, and what it is costing.

02Through the engagement

typically 6–12 weeks

  • The structure built and adopted — process, system or both, with the training content that makes it stick.
  • Three gates met: handling time, escalation categories, and decision-and-override behaviour.
  • Governance, weekly metrics, and a named owner for remedial action.

03After handover

  • Capacity released and recorded — in past engagements, the equivalent of two analyst roles a year freed in one programme, and 7,000 manual triggers a year removed in another.
  • Throughput pulled forward — one strategic timeline moved six months closer once the constraint came out.
  • A standing improvement capability, so the team keeps prioritising its own work instead of buying it again.
Diagnostic

$1,750 CAD

fixed price · 5 working days

The smallest thing worth buying, and the fastest way to find out whether I am useful to you.

You get

  • A 2–3 page current-state analysis with named, costed friction and candidate pathways
  • A 1-page committed pathway proposal
  • A short call to walk through both

I need

Access to the people doing the work, and the objective you want moved.

Not included

Data collection or cleaning, implementation, more than one revision round.

This is the same deliverable each of three lead analysts produced in week one, against which roughly 90–150 initiatives were run. It is quoted at five days because it is produced in five days.
The arc

Quoted per engagement

typically 6–12 weeks

The full method: diagnose, specify, build, and install the apparatus that makes it hold.

You get

  • Target-state design, agreed before anything is built
  • The build — process, system, or both
  • Governance design, the measurement set, and enablement material
  • Data-gated validation, with handover of process ownership

I need

Sponsorship at a level that can approve the proposal stage, and access to the people affected.

Not included

Software development from zero; named platform work (SAP, P6, Primavera).

Priced as a deliverable, not as time. Scoped against initiative count, not weeks.
Standing capability

Monthly

retainer · one cycle per month

For organisations that want the method to keep running without hiring for it.

You get

  • One analysis-and-proposal cycle per month
  • Governance facilitation and weekly metric review
  • Quarterly validation and remedial action coordination

I need

A standing owner on your side for the process being improved.

Not included

Anything outside the agreed cycle scope.

Designed to be handed over, not to renew indefinitely.

Scope boundaries

A proposal covers the deliverable described. It does not include primary research or interviews beyond the workshops specified, data collection or cleaning beyond what you provide, additional deliverable formats, or more than one round of revisions. Additions are scoped separately.

Next step

Send me the objective you want moved and the people closest to the work. If it is a fit I will quote the diagnostic; if it is not, I will say so and point you elsewhere.
